Logistic Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Undertake installations, repairs and planned maintenance of customer equipment to Company specifications
Ensure compliance with all Company, legislative and Health and Safety procedures
Ensure all work undertaken meets Industry and Company work standards, ensures unsafe equipment is clearly identified to the workshop Foreman/Manager
Ensures security, cleanliness and roadworthy condition of Company vehicles
Ensures security and correct use of all tools and spares issued, reporting all defective tools immediately the whenever defect is identified
Complies with Company administrative procedures including the timely completion of worksheets, timesheets and all other forms as required
Ensures day to day skills/ knowledge is regularly and adequately imparted to less experienced staff
Undertakes other duties which the Company may assign from time to time
Planning and monitoring work within the workshop
Managing stock levels (e.g. materials, fixings and tooling)
Report on workloads, participating in project reviews and giving advice to project managers and team leaders

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
At least 7 – 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Language: Proficient in Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia and English
Specific skills: Effective communication skills
Personal Qualities: Good leadership qualities and able to work independently, mature and a team player
Attention to detail
Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
